Ethics and the Early Childhood Educator will inform and guide educators who work with children and families through tough decisions they deal with on a daily basis. The book allows readers to understand the concept understand the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and its purpose. Participants will be able to work through case studies around ethical conduct that apply to children, colleagues, community and families as well as reflect on how their own personal code of ethics can support and impact their decisions in their programs.
