LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

-Participants will network, share, problem-solve and acquire new skills in order to enhance a collaborative culture using the school improvement process.  

-Participants will be equipped with the tools to influence short-term wins and long-term success through the development and monitoring of a 100-day Plan.
