Spend some time with us learning about Building Leadership Teams. We will focus on their roles and responsibilities as a part of the Ohio Improvement Process. The OIP was developed to serve as the mechanism for supporting districts to operationalize and enact essential practices at the district, school, and classroom level. It also provides an aligned set of structures to support educators from all levels of the district in collective inquiry and learning. You will leave knowledgeable and prepared to participate on your Building's Leadership Team.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Participants will:
- Learn the 5 step process and the changes in practice promoted by the OIP
- Understand the roles, purposes, and critical actions of the BLT
- Make commitments for follow-up action
