The One Needs Assessment (ONA) component is designed to get all users accustomed to identifying all their needs in a single location within a standardized timeline. The ONA component is a part of the Education Department’s System of Tiered E-Plans and Supports (ED STEPS) system.
This Network will be made up of the Districts assigned to Cohort 2.

We will meet to learn about the ONA and the One Plan in the CCIP, have collaborative conversations, practice root cause analysis, and provide support throughout the process.

The following Districts in the SSTR2 are assigned to Cohort 2 by the ODE and are invited to participate in this network. Participants should be those responsible for the One Needs Assessment and the One Plan (Planning Tool) in the CCIP.
