The Ohio Operating Standards require that Transition Services for students with disabilities be provided by individuals who have the competencies, experiences, and training to meet the individual student’s transition service needs. This 3 part series will build the capacity of attendees to develop quality Transition Plans that meet requirements under Indicator 13, facilitate Transition Planning with students, families, and community agency supports, and examine current practices to ensure implementation of evidence based practices and predictors.
