We invite all district leaders to join our Comprehensive State Literacy Districts (CLSD subgrantees) in a network built around topics that we are all working through. We call this a Problem of Practice model. Our conversations can have a focus on core instruction that is directly observable and connects to a broader strategy of improvement or discuss it from a systems vantage point first. The ultimate goal is built upon each other's knowledge and skills for all children within our region and state.
