NETWORK DATES:  SEP 7 I NOV 1 l JAN 11 I MAR 7 l MAY 8

We invite you, along with other leaders from around the region, to share your leadership experiences and to learn from others. This network will assist you in refining your leadership and organizational supports to foster a culture of inquiry and continuous learning on the part of your district and school personnel in order to provide equitable access to high-quality instruction and support for all children in every classroom.

This network will look at strategies that leaders can use to support positive forward progress.  We will also examine  how the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP),  when viewed as an organizational framework, rather than an exercise in compliance, gives educators a process for focused and intentional action where peer-to-peer networks allow for the inclusion of multiple perspectives in guiding each district’s journey toward organizational learning and continuous improvement. We look for forward to seeing you!

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Participants will be able to:
Support, facilitate, and monitor improvement initiatives using the OIP, implementation science, and other leadership skills.
  • Make data driven decisions, identify root causes, coach and support the use of evidence based instructional strategies with equity.
  • Align all school improvement initiatives for increased student achievement.
