Quarterly meetings with Transition Coordinators, district individuals, outside agencies, and parents interested in keeping up to date with transition topics that will be topics chosen by the participants.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Participants will:
- Identify key components of successful transition planning for students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with others to determine ideas that they can bring back to their organization for transition use.
- Be provided updates from ODE during each meeting.
