SST2 will be hosting a book study of Everyday Courage for School Leaders by Cathy Lassiter. Together, we will learn what it takes to lead a school with Courage, assess our Courage Quotient, and develop an actionable plan for implementation.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- The participants will expand their skills for effective leadership by learning how to create specific plans to activate school reform initiatives.
- They will be able to apply their learning in order to address building trust, and leading for equity, excellence and inclusion.
- Practices learned include exercises in accountability, and risk taking to help maintain courageous leadership.
Books will be given to the first 20 participants to register. Other participants will be responsible to purchase their own book.
