Join us for an engaging and impactful book study as Dr. Paul Kish shares insights from his new book: Leadership Through Relationships: Prioritizing Relationships in the Pursuit to Lead Successful Schools.
This book study is designed to help educational leaders navigate the challenges and demands of leadership by focusing on what matters most—relationships. Dr. Kish will explore how fostering meaningful connections can significantly enhance educators' morale and well-being, positively transforming the entire school environment.
Through real-world examples from business, film, athletics, and personal experiences, Dr. Kish offers practical strategies for building strong relationships with staff, students, and the community. This book provides a comprehensive framework for creating schools where educators feel supported and valued, and where students thrive as a result.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Book study participants will:
