THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR THE AM SESSION

This PD is for all administrators and teachers new to the Ohio Improvement Process or those that may need a refresher.  

This learning session will provide the basics of the Ohio Improvement Process. Administrators and teachers will learn the basics of the OIP and understand how teams will work towards school improvement and increased student achievement using data and evidence based instructional practices within the framework.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Participants will be able to explain how the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) lays the foundation for sustainable change.

  • Attendees will learn about how to support the implementation of the OIP which consists of setting up the collaborative teams and processes districts and schools need to identify, research, plan, implement and monitor, and examine their improvement efforts.

  • We will also cover how OIP teams facilitate communication and engagement, decision-making and resource management that thread through the process .
