SSTs receive funding from three specific offices at the Ohio Department of Education; The Office for Exceptional Children, The Office for Improvement and Innovation and the Office of Early Learning and School Readiness
Each State Support Team has a fiscal agent who was selected by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) to administer funds designated by the Ohio Department of Education for activities related to Ohio's State System of Support. Each fiscal agent signs an annual Performance Agreement which outlines the scope of work for the State Support Teams.
